We offer full ongoing support for all medical device software provided by ourselves. We operate an accredited HSC support desk using the BeyondTrust (previously Bomgar) support portal to install fix or install any software on your computers remotely.

We offer a highly professional equipment calibration service, making sure that all your equipment is functioning correctly and within tolerances. Depending on your practice size we offer full day or half day calibration rates.

We have a fully equipped workshop in-house and technicians who have received accredited service training by various manufacturers of medical equipment. We can assess if an item is worthwhile fixing, provide repair estimates and carry out service, repair and recalibration work.
Please contact us to notify us of the item you wish repaired.
If the workshop is prepared to book in your device you can send us the item in the post, or we can arrange collection. Our workshop will then try to complete the repair as swiftly as possible and return it back at the earliest opportunity. Temporary loan equipment may be available if required.
